Each food truck hood is equipped with a grease trough that is made to receive grease extracted by filters. Comes with a stainless steel cup for easy grease collection.

LOW PROFILE FOOD TRUCK HOOD – Specially designed for food trucks and food concession trailers, the stainless steel range hood is built with a smooth top allowing a low profile mount and maximum clearance for cooking.
COMMERCIAL KITCHEN HOOD SPECS – Concession hood measures 4’ wide and 30” deep. It features a 4” high front and 18” high back. Hanging brackets and pre-wired lights included. Brackets and lights can be shipped loose or installed upon request.
HEAVY DUTY STEEL CONSTRUCTION – Industrial quality food truck equipment is built from 18-gauge steel. All joints are welded liquid tight without seams by an automatic wire fed MIG welder. Each grease trough is equipped with a stainless steel cup.
EASY TO CLEAN AND EFFECTIVELY TRAPS GREASE – Stainless grease cup attaches to the tray that runs beneath the entire length of the hood. Complete easy-to-clean grease baffle filters (20”) that are made from lightweight aluminum steel.
